My vision of the Air Jordan XX9. I likened the shoe to a shark, adding design elements such as the gills in the shank plate. The current generation XX8 has a very minimalistic feel, with a zip-up overlay that covers the entire upper of the shoe. I went along a similar track, utilizing a minimalistic upper. Just two panels, for the outer layer, while using a bootie/sleeve system first introduced in the Air Jordan VI, but upgraded in the Air Jordan 2012. I also brought back the hologram from the Air Jordan XIII, taking the "predator" theme to another level. This design was very well-received by Air Jordan fans on the internet, many of them proclaiming that they hoped that this was the next model.
